Simon Harris, Chief Executive of Stoke Citizens Advice Bureau, will join Mark Serwotka, Jenny Harvey, Dot Gibson and Roger Seifert at our event on the 9th October. Please join them in exploring the alternatives to austerity and how we can bring about a fairer North Staffordshire.
The debate will be chaired by Andrew Lloyd, Vice Chair of the Midlands Trades Union Congress.
The meeting has been called by the North Staffs Pensioners Convention and North Staffs Trades Union Council and is sponsored by North Staffs Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS), Keele University and College Union (UCU), and the Communication Workers Union (CWU) Midland No 7 Branch.
Stalls representing community groups and trades unions will be available from 6pm and the speakers start at 6.30.
